Jason Fletcher

Jason graduated from Brigham Young University’s Marriot School of Management in Provo, UT with a bachelor’s degree in business in 2001. Upon graduating, he took an accounting position with a local healthcare company, working in the industry ever since.

Jason helped start Auburn Crest Hospice in 2007 and began serving as its President in 2014. In this role, he particularly enjoys knowing he can provide our teams with the resources, tools, and training needed to impact lives, especially those patients and families in our end-of-life care. He finds great satisfaction in knowing we have highly qualified teams of professionals that live our values and demonstrate them daily with each of our patients.

In his spare time, you can find him coaching baseball. He loves helping kids learn, play and love baseball in our community. The passion, sportsmanship, competition, and fun he sees the kids have after working hard to develop their talents is rewarding and has inspired him in both his personal and professional life.

Chad Lemon

Chad began working in the healthcare industry in 2009, as an accounting clerk for a local assisted living company. After developing skills in accounting, he engaged in his current position at Auburn Crest Hospice as the Business Development Coordinator.

Chad’s strong work ethic, stemming from his days farming with his family in Elmore County, Idaho, and skills in accounting make him a critical component to Auburn Crest’s growth plans. Chad is very driven and finds great satisfaction in helping the company grow.

In his free time, Chad enjoys watching his boys play sports, farming, and spending time with his wife.

Jenna Gordon

Jenna graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business from Boise State University and later an MBA from Brigham Young University’s Marriot School of Management in 2016. She has worked in healthcare since 2007. Jenna specializes in finance and accounting and offers many critical leadership skills to help our teams achieve excellence.

Jenna finds great satisfaction in taking complicated information and simplifying it so our teams can make important decisions needed to best take care of our staff and residents.

Outside of the office Jenna enjoys spending time with her husband, Kevin and their two children, Lydia and Lincoln. Their family keeps busy with church events and various activities like swimming, running or playing volleyball.

Cory Sanford

Cory graduated with a degree in Human Resource Management from Boise State University and is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional (SHRM-CP).

Cory is passionate about helping other people find success, joy, and satisfaction in their individual roles and he is infinitely optimistic about the potential of people. Healthcare is especially rewarding for him because the employee engagement and productivity directly correlates with high quality of life for our amazing patients and their families.

Outside the office, Cory enjoys spending time with his three children and his beautiful wife, Taryn. Cory and his family are actively involved in soccer, baseball and any small or large adventure they can dream as a family.

Michelle Cardwell

Michelle began working for Auburn Crest Hospice in 2008 and is a Hospice and Palliative Certified Registered Nurse (CHPN). She has served in many capacities at Auburn Crest including C.N.A., Registered Nurse Case Manager, Director of Nursing, General Manager and in her current role as Compliance Officer.

In her current position, Michelle loves being able to provide resources and educational opportunities for our teams, empowering them to provide the highest quality and compassionate care to all our patients and families. She also enjoys the challenge of navigating the ever-evolving regulatory world of hospice, figuring out how to ensure our company is compliant, without sacrificing the time our staff share with their patients. Working for Auburn Crest isn’t just a job for her, it’s a passion.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband Eric and 3 children Caleb, Madelyn, and Ethan, doing anything outdoor from camping to fishing.
