Mike Haycraft, General Manager, LMSW

Mike started working for Auburn Crest in November of 2012 as the Director of Social Services and then became the General Manager in February of 2015.  Before joining Auburn Crest, he was a mental health counselor helping many families in our community.

Mike has a bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Lewis-Clark State College, and a Masters Degree in Social Work from Boise State University.  Mike enjoys learning from patients and their families and strives to add value and purpose to our their lives. In his free time, Mike is usually doing something that involves sports with his 2 daughters and his wife Kaela.

Rosemary DiVittore Director of Nursing, RN

Rosemary has worked in nursing for over 16 years with 7 of those years dedicated to Hospice.  She worked as a Volunteer, RN Case Manager and Staff Development Coordinator for a rural Hospice in Colorado.   In March 2016, she joined the Auburn Crest team in Bonners Ferry, Idaho as an RN Case Manager before taking her current role as Director of nursing.

She is grateful and honored to work with Auburn Crest where she helps an incredible team of caring professionals serve their community’s families at a very difficult time in life.

Rosemary was raised in Idaho and has traveled throughout the US and abroad.  She is currently working on certification in nutrition as therapy in her spare time, but also enjoys gardening, reading, playing with their cat and dog, motorcycle riding with her husband and visiting their 5 grown children as often as possible.
